It allows our technical support specialist to access your PC remotely via the Internet to conduct the device setup, or walk you through the configuration process step by step in a tutorial way. Step 1:
The customer goes to www.gotoassist.com/sb/silex and types in a support request. The availability of silex technical support specialists can be viewed via the web page.

Step 2:
The customer accepts to download a small software program that allows silex technical support specialist remotely access to the customer's computer.

Step 3:
The customer grants a permission for silex technical support specialist to see the content of the customer's PC screen remotely.

Step 4:
Once the remote network connection is established between the two PCs, silex
technical support specialist can immediately start setting up the customer device,
or diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the existing issues.

*silex Virtual Assist is available for customers located in the USA and EU only.
